1st NCPST Christmas Postgraduate Poster Competition

The 1st NCPST Christmas Postgraduate Poster Competition was held on Friday, 11th December 2009.  The Competition was judged by Professor Miles Turner, Director, NCPST and Dr Stephen Daniels, Executive Director, NCPST.  There were three prizes awarded.

Best Poster - Padraigh Hough for his poster "Colliding Laser Produced Plasmas as Novel Sources : Optical Diagnostics".

Best Early Stage Researcher Posters - Joseph Cullen for his poster "Identification of Impurities in ZnO using Radioactive Isotopes" and Kevin Ryan for his poster "Capactitive Probe Measurements in a VHF Multi-Electrode Discharge".
