Enterprise Ireland Research Grant Success

Dr Claire McKenna has been awarded an EI Grant (€19,240) to facilitate the preparatory work leading to a proposal for the coordination of a research project under the Seventh EU Framework Programme (FP7). Proposed Project Title "Virtual Metrology for Plasma Processing".

Ms Samantha Fahy has also been awarded an EI Grant (€18,040) to facilitate the preparatory work leading to a proposal for the coordination of a research project under the Seventh EU Framework Programme (FP7). Proposed Project Title " Optimal Device Engineering for Advanced III-V nMOS".
