Plasma Sterilisation Project with Beaumont Hospital

Congratulations to the Dr Stephen Daniels, Executive Director, National Centre for Plasma Science & Technology, who has just been successful in securing funding through the Health Research Board & Science Foundation Ireland funded Translational Research Awards.

The project is entitled "Improved Methods to Detect and Decontaminate Environmental Sources of Healthcare-Associated Infection".  It is a collaborative project with Professor Hilary Humphreys in RCSI/Beaumont Hospital.
