Scientific/Technical Committee-
Role: Set the Scientific/Technical direction of Centre.
Should submit Annual Scientific/Technical Plan to Management board for approval
Executive Group
Chair: Executive Director
Role: To support the Executive Director
Should submit Annual Budget and Operations plan to Management Committee for approval
Industrial Liaison Committee - comittee to be established to ensure the key industrial contacts are fostered and developed.
Outreach Committee - committee to be established to steer education/training and local community outreach programmes
Funding Committee - committee established to steer research proposals for future funding
Management board
The management board consists of the Directors and nominations from the members of the centre. The board includes nominations from each of the Staff categories.

External Advisory Committee
The NCPST has an external advisory committee to provide input and support into the operation and direction of the Centre. This Committee is currently being selected.
